3 STEPS TO RECEIVING ADVANCED CARE

1. THE CONSULTATION

When you fly in and meet with Dr. Montesano, you’ll get a personal consultation and an exam. This way, you’re able to meet with the doctors and staff before arriving at any big decisions. If you prefer to receive a consultation from the comfort of your own home, we can set up a virtual consultation.

2. SCHEDULING

Your first appointment will be spent in our office covering physical examination, pre and post-operative instruction, and review and signing of consent forms. After this appointment surgery is normally performed within the next few days after a thorough medical examination.

3. RECOVERY

Although patients are usually able to walk immediately after surgery, the doctor likes patients to stay in Miami for about a week and a half after surgery to ensure that they are feeling well before making the trip back home. After your departure, we’ll still be available to address questions and concerns.
