Now that summer is here, there is going to be warmer weather and the potential for humidity. The heat and humidity can affect back pain and can affect everyone’s back pain differently. It’s important that you drink more water on these high heat and humidity days in order to keep your back and body hydrated. Some things you can do to fight the humidity is take breaks from being outdoors, wear light clothing, and try to stay in the shade if you go outside.
