If you have back pain, these are some things you should stop doing:
- Stop slouching: Slouching is one of the most common causes of back pain. Slouching puts more pressure on your spine which can lead to more pain.
- Stop lifting heavy objects: Lifting heavy objects can be a cause of back pain if you’re lifting things wrong. When you lift a heavy object, you should be bending at your hips and knees, not your back. Lifting heavy objects continuously puts a strain on your back.
- Stop smoking: Smoking is really bad for your spine because it increases the chance of you getting back pain.
